Your Trade Data Is Yours And Yours Only
Your trade data is your data and yours only. We will not share your personal trade data with any third party, not even our sponsors, without your prior consent. Period.
The Web Site is a web based SaaS (Software as a Service) application that works across many browsers and operating systems. It is optimized for desktop web browsers with a screen resolution of 1280×768 pixels or higher. We also do our best to have it work on modern tablets such as the latest generation Apple iPad.
Personal use only: Requirements for using TradeBench cost free
TradeBench does not cost money to use (unless you choose to donate to us). To cover our costs, and thereby what users are not paying, you accept to receive (and open) maximum 1 sponsored e-mail per month plus linking to us from somewhere relevant on the web and/or supporting us with a donation (view donation options). Commercial use: Not trading your own money / Independent contractors
Unless a paid agreement is entered with TradeBench, using our tools when trading on behalf of someone else, as an independent contractor for a prop trading firm (including non-paid trainee/evaluation roles) or for other commercial purposes or as part of commercial purposes or commercial activity is prohibited. Likewise, asking users of a commercial tool or service to sign up to TradeBench either using a commercial e-mail or the person’s personal e-mail account is also prohibited. Please send us an e-mail with your intended use case, number of users (minimum is 10), etc. and we will get back to you with a price offer.
Deletion without notice of users who don’t meet above usage requirements
As providing our trading tools is based on the above criteria being met, we reserve the right to permanently and without notice to delete the account of users using a fake, invalid or otherwise nonreceiving e-mail address or who elsewise don’t meet the above criteria.
What if I no longer want to receive sponsored e-mails?
In that case you will need to delete your TradeBench user account which can be done on the account settings page. From the date of deletion, you will no longer receive sponsored e-mails nor will you have access to TradeBench as your account and all data in it will be permanently deleted.
